2. by buying a ticket online you accept our terms of service
3. your ticket is valid only on the day of the booking
4. you will receive it in electronic format to your email address (you can print it or show it to staff on your mobile device)
5. online tickets are not refundable
6. the maximum waiting time to enter the attractions is 15 minutes
